• Managed Google for Startups Accelerator MENA creating it's strategy, operation, Partnership and execution for first time in MENA
• Executed Google Accelerator to include high volume of events, 20+ curriculum sessions, and 200+ of meetings across mentors, experts and startups per cohort
• Designed and administered surveys and other assessment tools to capture and analyze data for program planning, decision-making, and reporting
• Managed communication between stakeholder and maintained Google for startups alumni community

Design Lab

• Led training startups on Google Design Lab (2 days hands on workshop) in 7 different countries within the region
• Drove training of trainers in 5 different regions to scale the content all over Google accelerators
• Helped Google core team to transfer the content to be interactive and online during COVID19

Technical Lab

• Led Auto ML and ML APIs Training for MENA accelerator and MENA digital days
• Created 3 days entry level course for developers to get started learning ML and AI also scaled it by training trainers to cover the whole region (Program have been adopted and supported by MCIT in Egypt Saudi Arabia to train over 20K Developers)

• Fully managed the company achieved first local Hardware Manufacturing startup in Egypt and proudly selected by MCIT to represent Egypt at CES 2020, 1st place at ITU Hackathon 2019 , 2nd place at ARAB IoT & AI challenge 2019, The best of ecosystem at African Arena 2019 and best innovative IoT startup at ASRT exhibition 2018
• Managed cross functional teams sales, development and marketing, design and manufacturing
• Managed product development and marketing of XIOT IoT platform - customer driven product to sustain retention and satisfaction (Closing deals with 1M by 2020 with B2B clients only)

• Trained over 500K during COVID19 and trained 40K in person before COVID advocating and teaching them technology such as: Google cloud, IoT and ML

Managed two innovation and robotics projects MATE ROV ARAB Competition and Minesweeper Competition

• Transitioned Minesweepers from local to international competition, Expanded Minesweepers to be one of main Robotics competitions at IROS (IROS Conference) Increased regional events by onboarding new regions (South America and Asia) and more than 1000 Participant with 400 Robots
• Scaled MATE ROV to 8 new arab countries and supporting arab teams to achieve 1st place internationally between 60 international teams
