· Organizing resources to attend customers Job Requests. The activities include effectivecommunication with customers, recruitment of technical manpower, maintaining material stocks and analysis of reports to improve customer satisfaction.

· Managing security system and services such as security manning, CCTV and Access control system .

• Established and Engineered Lighting Division from scratch to Rs. 2 Billion ($ 26 million) in a span of 2 years.

• Implemented ISO 9002 certification for Quality Management Systems comprising purchase, production line and testing with a total company turnover of 500 crore.
