Salary processing (Payroll)
· Updating in Payroll s/w Master& Monitor on Monthly bases (Ascent Payroll)
Punch all finalized employees with their details and salary structure.
Preparing salary statement of all employees.
Making deductions on PF and ESIC monthly, and also reconciling them in Tally in the accounts department.
All ARREAR & CONVEYANCE of employees (Runner, Driver, OD employees)
Cross-check, finalize salary with the help of the Accounts Department.
Attendance
Attendance making and timely delivery to accounts of all units.
HOD list update every 2nd day of the month.
Handling all employees' queries of leave, OD, training attendance.
Streaming of attendance process with better coordination of accounts.
Updating OD & LEAVE, SHORT LEAVE, and HALFDAYS
· Deal with joining formalities, Documentation and Schedule and co-ordinate the Induction process or Orientation of new joiners.
· Preparing Attendance & Salary of the employees.
· Taking Interviews (Preliminary Round & Salary Negotiation), Giving Offer Letters, Reference Check.
· Handling Employee Engagement, conduct many programs for motivating and stress busting for employees.
· Managing Salary Breakup. Negotiation of Gross & CTC.
· Handling Statuary Compliances (EPF/ESI).
· Human Resource Planning (JD/JS).
· Responsible for Time attendance, Leave Management for the payroll.
· Scheduling Exit Interviews and handling the queries related to Full & Final Settlement.
· Generating different types of Monthly MIS report like Attendance report, Leave Status report & Payroll Structure of every Month.
· Maintaining Employee Personnel files and preparing MIS data of the New, Existing and Left Employees. Maintain KYC.SUMMARY OF SKILL & EXPERIENCE
