Memorial Sağlık grubu bünyesinde 10 yıl süresince farklı görevlerde hizmet verdim. Çağrı merkezi vardiya sorumlusu olarak başladığım süreçte daha sonra pazarlama ve evde sağlık hizmeti webchat alanlarında uzmanlaştım. Online olarak hasta danışmanlığı, pazarlama alanında check up tüp bebek ve yenidoğan kontrol paketleri doğum paketlerini sunmak ve satışını gerçekleştirdim. Çağrı merkezi alanında akşam vardiyası 20 kişilik ekibe önderlik yaparak çalışan memnuniyeti ofis düzeni çalışan şikayet ve önerilerini yönetim aktarma düzeni sağlama gibi sorumlulukları yerine getirdim çalıştığım kurumda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği çeşitli bilgisayar programları eğitimi aldım.
