• SDS management- Responsible for authoring, maintenance and distribution of material safety data sheet. Ensuring that all safety data sheets compliant with Globally Harmonized System (GHS) classification and labeling of chemicals, classify products according to dangerous goods regulations, and to create safety data sheets and labels according to chemical regulations and requirements
• Assuring that Hazard communication materials meet the requirement of relevant regulations and standard such as EPA, REACH or other regulatory bodies.
• Negotiate with suppliers/customers to resolve disputes and ensure timely resolution of the complaints.

Consistently maintain comprehensive accountability throughout the entire life cycle of a technical product development projects that involves planning, execution and prototyping phase to ensure alignment with objectives, stakeholder expectation and quality standards ( categories include protective coating, industry adhesives , sealants and construction/specialty chemicals )

• Attended to all customer technical issues related to quality and services , conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and support resolution process. Ensure the effective implementation of preventive measures to enhance the customer satisfaction.
• Creating MSDS (SDS authoring using GHS Pro/ werces elite software ) and labels for hazardous material according to chemical regulations and requirements.
• Attended seminars and conferences related to advances in chemistry technology or regulatory updates
• Deliver comprehensive training and support for site support/ quality technicians on application related topics and new testing methodology to enhance technical proficiency and operational efficiency.
