Attendance & Payroll: Preparation of the monthly payroll including extracting the hours worked by staff
from the biometrics system, inputting the required information into the Payroll calculating file; checking
the payroll; month end reporting and reconciliations
• Preparing salary slips on monthly basis
• Preparation of salary certificates, Employment letters etc.
• General HR Operations: Closely liaise with PRO Coordinator to verify Visas, cancellations, renewals and upkeep the data.
• Prepare HR Related documentations: Promotion& Probation letters, Warning letters etc
• Update and maintain HR databases(e.g. newhires, leavers, vacation and sick leaves).
• Ensure that all other employee records in the school’s database are accurate; filed and updated when required both in soft and hard copies.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
