• An Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer with hands on experience in Construction, Quality and Commissioning.
• Coordinate with EPC Contractor during the execution of major E&I and telecom construction works like installations of Electrical equipment, Cable Tray, Cable laying, Cable Glanding and Terminations, Lighting, Grounding, tubing, Field Instruments, F&G Detectors, Valves, marshalling cabinets, System cabinets, network cabinets and Cathodic Protection works.
• Involved and witnessed the calibration, Loop checks, C&E checks and Functional Tests of Field Instruments, Control Valves, MOVs’, SDVs’ and F&G Devices.
• Involved in SAT and Pre-Commissioning for F&G panels, System and Marshaling cabinets, ESD cabinets, Network cabinets, IRP Panels, SCMS Panels.
• Conduct daily and weekly meeting with Contractors involving all discipline supervisors, QA/QC Inspectors and HSE advisors and address/resolve issues hindering progress.
• Implementing the work schedule and monitoring the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Act as the construction Risk Management representative to identify Construction Risk events, the effects & consequences, propose mitigation measures and take ownership to ensure mitigation measures have been implemented at site.
• Liaise with senior discipline engineers throughout all phases of the project for all construction related matters including inputs during the detailed engineering and procurement stages.
• Routinely study, check and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings, specifications, and instructions, ensuring contractors' proper interpretation and compliance with the lasted AFC drawings and specifications of Client Standards.
• Participate in site safety audits regarding work execution, permits, work site standards, conducting safety mock drills for Emergency escape Awareness and workforce knowledge about the work.
• Participating in Project review meetings on a daily basis for evaluating project progress, analyze and guide the contractors to maintain/align with the project schedule.
• Reviewing and Approving Contractor’s documents such as Risk assessments and Method Statements.
• Reviewing and commenting on Proposed Field changes (RED MARK) as built drawing.
• Participate and provide inputs during the SAT, FAT, IFAT and performance test.
• Coordinate and participate the MCC walk through, review and approve the red line mark-up drawings pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with contractor, vendors and end users.
• Monitor and control of work permits to ensure that contractor compliance with conditions fixed on consolidated work permits.
• Takes responsibility for all matters outside of normal working hours during construction phases of the project.
• Accountable for efficiently managing site construction activities leading to construction, pre-commissioning in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assisting Construction manager and Project manager with an excellent service, by delivering the projects in a safe manner to the agreed schedule dates and within HSE policy of the project.

Successfully Completed one of the most Strategic Projects in ADNOC Onshore in MP 21 within the stipulated time frame and achieved RFC on time.
