• As a Construction Manager responsible for the MEP works of Water Transmission System from PUMP STATION -GAYAL-HPR under the role of Executive Project Management (EPM).
• Water Transmission System includes Culvert Pipeline of Diameter 2000MM of about 200 km (Including two Parallel Lines).
• Roles & Responsibilities - Review , Comment & Approve the Method Statements, Construction Procedures, Material Take Off (MTO) - Piping, Electrical. Instruments of scoped work to review Contractor's procurement qty are in-line with the work scope.
• Participate in daily, weekly safety walkdown to monitor, identify unsafe work, incidents, behavior of Contactor & Sub-Contactor's workforce.
• Ensure Quality of Contractor's works are in-line with project quality plan.
• Guiding, Engaging & Supporting the Construction Engineers in daily work activities.
• Participate in system walkdown & prepares punch items for Hydro Test, Mechanical Completion and Final System Turnover.

• Worked as Construction Manager - MEP (Mechnaical, Electrical & Piping) for 30 storied IT Bussiness Tower. Involved in construction & field engineering workds of Fire protection & detection, STP, WTP, Elevator & Escalators, Plumbing, DG Generators, Dry Transformers, Vertical Bus duct, HT & LT Panels etc.,
• Prepares estimates, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and costs for the project.
• Prepare project procedures, ES&H procedures, labor compliance requirements including obtaining permits and licenses.

• Worked as Field Mechanical & Piping Superintendent including drawing review, material take-off, issue requisitions, system turn over walkdown, prepare & issue punch list.
• Executed erection of Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler, Feed water pumps, Mechanical draft cooling tower, piping.
• Involved in pre-commissioning of Fire water system, Feed water and water treatment plant.
• Supervised group of 6 engineers both piping and mechanical disciplines.

Project: Jhajjar Power Ltd (2x660 MW), Super Critical Thermal Power Plant, Haryana State.

• Worked as Engineering co-ordinator for eight months during the initial stage of the project. Performed piping and mechanical drawing review and comment. Also co-ordinated civil, electrical and instrumentation disciplines to have monthly drawing review meetings in China.
• As a manager lead group of engineers in erection, testing and commissioning of: Mechanical, Piping of main power plant and Cross country pipeline (14 k.m) & Pump house.
• Worked as Sr.Manager for plant maintenance of boiler, coal mills,ID & FD Fan etc

Project: Crude oil recovery, process & export facility - Rajasthan Projects, Barmer.

• Involved at early stage of the project, review drawings, specifications etc. Review material availability, man power and work schedule.

Project: Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company (GASCO); ASAB - II.

• Involved in inspection of static & rotating equipments like Gas/Gas Exchangers, Stripper column, Heat Exchangers, Acid Gas Compressors, Refrigerant compressors, HRSG & Feed water pumps.

Project: Onshore Processing Facility (OPF), Sakhalin Island, RUSSIA.

OPF Project essentially consists of the Gas/Condensate Processing facilities where gas and condensate is separated from each other, condensate is stabilized and gas is dried by a MEG process.

• Worked as Preventive Maintenance Engineer, for the preservation of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation equipments before, during and after installation of each of those equipments.
• Worked as Field Mechanical engineer for witnessing the alignment of all rotating equipments & certifying ITP.
• Performed as QC Engineer for assessing equipment damages during transportation, loading, unloading and erection.
• Prepared installation work packages (IWP), hydro test packages, deficiency reports, technical queries etc.
• Involved in pre-commissioning activities for Fire water system, potable water system, lube oil flushing etc.

Project: Rijnmond Energy Project (760 MW, CCPP).

• Worked at engineering office, for quantity verification against material requisition and drawings.
• Responsible for the field supervision of A/G & U/G Piping, Circ.water pipelines, Fire protection & detection system.
• Complete supervision of Mechanical draft cooling towers (15 cells).
• Supervised installation & commissioning of HVAC system for the entire plant.
• Field supervision of insulation & heat tracing scope for the entire plant.

Project: Adapazari/ Gebze Power Projects (2120 MW CCPP)

• Responsible for piping installation of Instrument & Service Air System, Combustion Gas Piping, Main steam supports.
• Involved in installation of Insulation for the entire plant scope.
• Worked as a system turn over engineer, system walk down and identify punch items etc.

Project: Dabhol - II Power Project, 1465 MW CCCP

• Involved & completed the initial survey, routing & installation of 8 k.m long, 34"/28" Make-up and blow down of Cooling Water Pipelines (CS).
• Responsible for MTO, Procurement, Installation of complete Smallbore Piping scope of the plant.

Project: SHAW - NASS Middle East W.L.L, has a pipe fabrication facility, where they supply pre-fabricated vessels & spools for clients like Bechtel, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries etc.,

• As a project co-ordinator, involved in scheduling, planning, commercial issues, co-ordinating with clients and updating weekly/monthly reports etc.
• Monitor spool production and alarming critical schedules to work shop manager.

Project: Dabhol -I Power Project (720 MW CCCP)

• Worked as Field Piping Engineer for under ground piping system of potable, sewage, fire water system etc.
• Worked as a co-ordinator for IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) for material approval and applicable document completion.
• Inspection of spools, pipe supports, valves, and pipe fittings.

Project: Essar Power Project (515 MW CCCP)

• Responsible for the erection of SurfacecCondenser, CEP Pumps, CW Pupms, Air compressors, Lube Oil skid, Deaerator etc.
