Achievements:

• Lead the Yearly Stocks Count without Business Stoppage and competed under 48 Days by Meticulous Planning.
• Initiated SOP for Cycle Count for Key Revenue Products as per Pareto Rule in Ensuring Stocks Accuracy is Maintained at a Deviation of Tolerance +\- 0.25%(Target was Kept as +/-1%)
• Digitized the Picking Process by Tabs which helped seamless and Realtime communication with Billing team and reducing the inventory mismatches in system

• Achieved No Expiries in Pulses/Besan/Spices Category for FY 20-21 by coordinating with sale/Commercial team to get the schemes for Low Shelf life products to supply to market before it expires

Job Summary:

• Driving Large team of 150 members in the shift including all workforce of a plant as manager.
• Training of manufacturing team and manpower to the manufacturing process to follow SOP of company
• Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Equipment health safety,5S, Kaizens standards at the factory
• Scheduling of SKU wise & Variety wise daily production plan combinations according to the material Availability and connectivity at factory
