• Leading daily safety briefings and toolbox talks for facility management teams including cleaners, technicians, and security personnel

• Monitoring contractor compliance with facility safety requirements during renovation and maintenance projects

• Investigating workplace incidents within facility premises and implementing preventive measures

• Organizing emergency response drills specific to building evacuation scenarios and fire safety procedures

• Maintaining safety documentation for facility operations including permits, certificates, and inspection records

• Supervising safe work practices during high-risk facility maintenance activities like working at heights and confined space entry

• Conducting new employee safety orientations specific to facility operations and workplace hazards

• Preparing monthly HSE performance reports for facility management review meetings

• Ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality safety regulations for facility operations

• Implementing and maintaining a permit-to-work system for all high-risk maintenance activities

• Managing safety aspects of specialized facility services including swimming pool maintenance, landscaping, and waste management

• Conducting periodic inspections of life safety systems including fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency lighting

• Developing and updating facility-specific emergency response procedures

• Maintaining records of safety training, inspections, and incident investigations for audit purposes

• Implementing safety protocols for port facility maintenance including warehouses, loading docks, and marine terminals

• Conducting safety inspections of port mechanical systems, electrical installations, and structural components

• Organizing safety training programs for maintenance personnel working in port facilities
