Responsible for providing and managing a 5 star working environment for 30+ colleagues in the Golf Operations Team. Ensuring the high levels of service expected of guests and members when golfing at the Home of the Race to Dubai are reached (at a minimum with the hope to exceed expectations of many golfers).

• Improved operations through consistent hard work and dedication. Ensuring that Jumeirah Golf Estates continues to improve under guidance and vision of Dubai Golf.
• Offered friendly and efficient service to members and guests, handled challenging situations with ease and delivered expectational levels of service to each golfer that visited the facility.
• Prepared a variety of different written communications, reports and documents to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversaw daily operations to ensure high levels of productivity in a Golf Operations team of 30+ colleagues.
• Hosted friendly and effective staff training schedules for Marshal Team, Driving Range Team, Bag Drop Team, Golf Cart Shed Team individually.
• Offered friendly and competitive working environment for all Golf Service Attendants, motivating the team when required and handled challenging situations with ease ensuring.

• Successfully managed and executed more than 100 events at The Els Club. Events ranging from 2 day member events to on course brunch concepts for 140 players to client entertainment events for one of the world’s leading watch brands.
• Strong tee sheet management skills, ability to adapt dependent on golfer / business requirements to ensure that no opportunities are displaced and customer satisfaction is at it highest.
• Responsible for generating weekly rosters for the outside operations & golf shop teams to ensure that adequate cover is provided in all areas of the business during peak event times and also during normal operation.
• Host weekly meetings with all HOD’s to ensure a developed understanding of business taking place within the golf operations department but also to ensure smooth execution of events from all departments (including F&B & Leisure).

• Part of the 2017 Scottish Open team, despite officially starting in August, heavily involved in the execution of a very well received European Tour Event.
• Responsible for the growth of the Links 2 Golf Program, growing the junior involvement in the local area from 31 participants in 2017 to 180+ in 2018, through networking with Schools and making the game accessible for all.
• Managed all pre book apparel and back of house procedures that follow these purchases (inclusive of but not limited to pricing, SKU’s, stock control, staff training)
• Responsible for the training of all new operational team members, instilling best practice and procedures.
