• Involved in valuation of prominent masterplan developments in the region by undertaking a detailed development appraisal, assessing the potential demand and supply drivers, construction and sales phasing, achievable values and advising on the ideal masterplan design.
• Undertaken market rent valuations by carrying out a detailed market research, analyzing comparable information gathered and advising on the achievable rates and yields for various types of commercial and retail assets across multiple locations in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
• Have undertaken property valuation for various purposes to include acquisition, lending, auditing and internal decision making. Client portfolio includes local and international banks, prominent developers & funds, investment & development companies, insurance companies, private offices of the UAE royal family and audit firms.

Before relocating to Dubai, I was a part of finance team for the prominent real estate developer in Bangalore, India for five years.
