· Secured new contracts at various project locations, resulting in Rs. 26 crore per month average billing figure in FY 22- 23, Rs. 7 crores increase from the previous year.

· Conducted project-wise budgeting and cost analysis, ensuring profitability at all sites & led techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, demonstrating expertise in tendering processes for new projects and contract renewals.

· Oversaw multiple sites, managing manpower allocation, machinery requirements, and logistical planning in alignment with clients’ scopes of work.

· Maintained meticulous project cost calculations to ensure operational efficiency & managed branch operations with a 15-member team, consistently delivering detailed reports on project deliverables to clients.

· Being a part of central Supply Chain team, worked in close proximity with 14 warehouses to successfully execute two Diwali seasons without additional facility rentals by implementing process improvement(s) via ways like optimizing existing capacity through effective inventory stowing planning, inventory segmentation and trans-shipment in the West Region.

· Served as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for 14 fulfillment centers (FCs) in the west region of India, managing a team of 26 process executives & oversaw consolidation processes, space creation opportunities and capacity management, resolving space-related concerns for all FCs in the inward vertical.

· Developed and implemented plans for 100% space utilization across all Fulfillment centers ensuring maximum design cube (storing capacity) for each facility by monitoring daily operations and providing support to warehouses in consolidation efforts, enhancing overall efficiency and storage capabilities.
