- Created a scoring logic to quantify listing quality of a hotel and further gamified listing quality improvement by hotel partners. This was tied to visibility of hotels on customer facing funnels. This gamification experience moved average listing quality score by ~7 % - on positive side suggesting improvement in supply quality
- Reworked promotion application logics for end consumers when multiple offers are made available by suppliers for overlapping time frame - this unlocked price saving for customers in ~16% room nights where length of stay > 1
- For MMT's GCC (.AE) Launch Integrated third party suppliers from GCC region (such as agoda, ctrip, expedia etc.) as well local demand aggregators (such as wego)
