• Planning ,Scheduling and Controlling of process centers like Laser Cutting, Bending, Fabrication, Powder Coating and Assembly
• Ensure effective utilization of resources including manpower and time in all process centers
• Ensure Successfully completion of Fabrication, Powder Coating and Assembly on planned time and Quality
• Study and Continual improvement of existing processes
• Design and drafting the SOPs and Quality documents for Assembly and Fabrication Processes
• Ensure assembly and fabrication as per Quality and Organisation standards
• Ensure availability of parts, tools, raw materials and consumables as per requirement

• Supplier Quality Management and Supplier process improvement
• Collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain
• Working with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address process failures
• Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
• Regularly communicate with Engineering, Quality Engineering and Supply Chain internally to identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvement
• Collect and maintain supplier performance metrics
