working as maintenance technician (mechanical ) and undertaking the following activities and responsibility

• Maintenance of heavy machineries.
• Preventive maintenance of basic pneumatics and hydraulics systems.( hot butt and Anode jacking frame )
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of conveyor system including maintenance of bearings, rollers, drum pully replacement, vibrating screen, dust collector fan etc.
• Conveyor belt replacement preparation and replacement jobs ( length 1km, with 800mm )
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of blowers including belt and pulley replacement and alignments, oil seal replacement, blower and motor unit replacement etc.
• Maintenance of large exhaust fan (650 KW) including bearing and impeller and shaft replacement etc.
• Operation of light and heave tractor equipment like forklift

• Maintenance of mechanical presses capacity up to 750T, Hydraulic presses up to 300T and Roll forming mills1mm TO 10mm thick.
• Maintenance of CNC Machines like Torrent punching, CNC Bending, Laser cutting machine, Cold rolled slitter & hot rolled slitter machines.
• Maintenance of EOT Cranes 500 kg to 30 Ton capacity.
• Maintenance of screw compressor (300 CFM), ELGI compressor & cooling towers

Roles and Responsibilities:

• · Preventive & predictive maintenance yearly schedule preparation.
• · Planning for Preventive & predictive maintenance as per month schedule.
• · Continuous observation while operating the machine if any abnormal condition found plan for maintenance.

• Erection & commissioning of new chocolate lines.

Routine and preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment's

• Involve in repairing of various Form Fill & Seal packing machines
• Carryout planned major maintenance with maintenance personals
• Maintaining safety and quality standards in work allocated
• Controlling wastage and ensuring clean environment
• Participate and co-ordinate in achieving production target
• Maintaining maintenance history of machines
