As Compliance Officer I work really hard to ensure that organization operates within the law and meets current regulatory standards.

-Identify stakeholders for each regulation and ensure clear accountability.

-Break down regulatory obligations into structured, actionable points.

-Conduct gap assessments and document findings in a compliance tracking sheet.

-Share assessment results with relevant business owners and stakeholders.

-Work closely with the Audit unit to find and analyze the Gaps, then to work on it.

-Communicate with the Central Bank and find solutions if any issues was there.
