Nogotiate long terms credit terms, whenever requried especially for new carriers/vendors.

Weekly / Monthly review & comparision between carriers/vendor rates for improving buying rates.

Joint customer visit with business development managers on key account deveopment.

Handling import / export freight requirements.

Arranges shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time; dispatches to carriers.

Verifies merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.

Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.

Negotiate rate structures, including consolidation lanes, capacity, and customer programs.

Responsible in carry out proper work flow related to documentation.
