• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's procurement needs, including sourcing, supplier selecon, and contract negotiation
• Responsible for negotiation and purchasing goods and services for the Food & Beverage departments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise
• Research potential vendors
• Evaluate new PRs' against set standards to ensure correctness and completeness
• Raise the requests for quotations (RFQs)
• Review and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement (Cost, Lead me, Payment Terms etc.)
• Forward offers to the end user for technical evaluation.
• Follow with the end user to provide timely and accurate technical evaluate of bids
• Ensure integrity of the PO process through all stages to award
• To issue PO/Contract

• Ensure proper and accurate Inventory transactions are recorded
• Ensure proper stock levels are maintained with an accurate and complete authenticity of warehouse records
• Executes Monthly, weekly, and daily Inventory analysis to identify discrepancies, find the root cause and to resolve the discrepancies
• Manage and Reconcile the Inventory at the country level to prevent OOS & overstocking
• Coordinate with all the warehouse specialists for maintaining accurate inventory levels.

• Ensure transparent and compete procurements are conducted and properly documented as required, and in compliance with plans, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drawing and issuing RFQ, RFP, RFI, Tenders, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding clients on processes involved
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
• Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
• Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.

• Manage the entire process in the planning of commodities procurement And supply chain actives, inventory control, logistics and distribution, Customs clearance, ensuring effective processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunity
