As businesses cannot afford to be without the whole system, or individual workstations, for more than the minimum time taken to repair or replace them, my technical support was vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the company.

As an IT Support, I was Responsible for the day-to-day IT requirements of the company, such as user management, Website management, troubleshooting, help, and advice. I also maintained desktop applications, local area networks, IT security, and telecommunications.

• Managed computer services department for Kindergarten School System with an average annual enrollment of 3000 students with a total number of 26 Branches.
• Installation and Management of the Company's Call Center using Asterisk & Grand stream IP-PBX.
• Create and manage departmental budget and planning assets to support its goals while remaining at or under financial targets.
• Management of Telecommunications for all employees working in the Company.
• Installation, Service Maintenance, and Management of Company Server and Making sure it is connected to all branches 365 days a Year using VPN technology.
• Plan equipment, network, and software upgrades for faculty and staff offices, as well as computer labs, classrooms, and Branch libraries.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and communications vendors for installation, upgrades, and repairs.
• Designing, Development, and Management of Company Websites including its Online E-Commerce Store.
