- Cost analysis, cost controls and reporting activities for Capital projects.

- Organize, monitor and control project costs

- Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and will maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts.

- Analyze contractors' cost reports and extract required data for management reporting.

- Participate in the negotiation of project contracts as required.

- Participate in Budget and yearly Business plan.

- Review and process invoices.

- Create and update summary sheets for all contracts related to Projects.

- RO/PO creation in SAP system.

- Handel unpriced/priced Asset registers for completed projects.

- Monthly Accrual reporting.

- Cost Estimation for different project phases

- Internal Audit Focal point for Projects Division

- Certified IMS Auditor

- Contracts evaluation

- Variation estimation & negotiation
