- Follow-up and expedite timely issuance of Project deliverables (specification, drawings, etc.) from Engineering (NPCC & Subcontractors)
- Liaise with Client for comments / approval and ensure incorporation of same
- Ensure Constructability reviews are conducted during Engineering phase, also identify the deficiencies between As-Bid and As-Awarded scope
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
- Liaise with vendors for issuance of manufacturing drawings, ensure review / approval of same within stipulated period
- Monitor manufacturing progress and conduct expediting visits
- Coordinate and attend weekly progress meetings with client and vendors / subcontractors and follow up action items
- Consistently monitor construction productivity and performance, and investigate the reasons for any delays or unsatisfactory performance
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants, and collaborate with senior engineers to develop more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability
- Control interfaces internally between different functional disciplines and externally with other contractors or client
- As taking the responsibility of managing the interface between NPCC as the lead contractor and all the other contractors participating the Zulf Increment Project Onshore and Offshore

Project/Field Engineer Offshore

- Leading the electrical and instrumentation scope of work in different offshore sites
- Ensure all projects executed safely by adapting company safety standard procedures
- Manage and plan mobilization and de-mobilization of resources
- Interface with client offshore representative regarding the project progress
- Coordinate and support the offshore team with the interface inputs required to facilitate the (E&I) offshore activities
- Prepare the method of statements and procedures for the activities to be carried over in Yard/offshore
- Supervise the preparation of Job Cards and micro-schedule to meet the overall Offshore Hook-up Plan
- Coordinate with vendor for their mobilization to meet MC schedules
- Ensure as-built provided to Engineering and check final as-built drawings against the mark-up
- Ensure approval of Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers and closure of Punch Lists
- Follow-up release of drawings for pre-fabricated supports and ensure its timely fabrication / painting and delivery to site
- Ensure that construction activities are carried out safely and they meet the project quality standards and are completed as per allocated budget and planned scheduled
- Ensure that adequate work fronts are available to ensure continuity of work.
