Description:

Superblock-05 is part of the Rua Al Madinah Masterplan for the Madinah Central Area (MCA) development, directly interfacing with the Haram eastern expansion (Prophet Mosque) north of king Abdul Aziz road.

The Project is Superblock 5 which is located at the eastern side of Haram Extension. The total land area of Superblock 5 is 42,684 sqm which shall be divided into an area of 40,401 sqm (17 Plots) to be developed as hotels and an area of 2,283 sqm (1 Plot) to be developed as Residential.

Description:

Sanderson as a specialized theme park designers was appointed to design and develop a 60,000 sqm of area into a theme based aqua park in the heart of Kuwait City. The Scope of the Project Included Designing, Coordination and Details Drawings for execution.

• Lead a team of BIM technicians for various residential and restoration projects in Belgium and Dubai.

Security Forces Medical Center, Riyadh, KSA

Description:

The Security Forces Medical City is a master planned medical campus which includes a 1200 bed single-room hospital with 46 operating theatres and all the specializations required for adults and children, mental health and rehabilitation with a GFA of 495,000 sqm. The complex has a total BUA of 1.2 million sqm including extensive housing with single apartments, family apartments and doctor villas sharing a community center, mosques and sports facilities located in a central park. Service and utility buildings with chillers, water treatment, storages, laundry etc. are part of the campus. The project is a design-built project with ABV Rock as the contractor.

Villa At Emirate Hills

A project with total built up area of 900 sq.mts. following classical style of architecture was de- signed by “Vertigo” team . The scope of project included complete architectural and interior design package including service co-ordinated drawings.

Sheikh’s Palace 1

The three storey (G+2+B) palace for a sheikh from the royal family of Sharjan, is built on a site of 108,867 sqm in Sharjan. It has 15 bedrooms, Huge Majlis, swimming pool and Servant blocks. It is a project with high level of Intricate details. The scope of the project included Architectural Design Development, Site Development, Vendor, MEPF coordination and Complete Landscape of the Site.

Sheikh’s Palace 2

This a modern architure based villa.The respective project included the preparation of design drawings for complete MEP package and detailed joinery along with toilet drawings and site execution.

Private Villa Sharjah UAE

Private residence based on classical architecture in Sharjah with an area of 6117 Sq.Mtr. The project included the scope of detailed drawings and coordination with the selections of finishes and sanitary wares.

Private Tower

The 6 storey (Level 1 - Level 5 and Attic) tower is located in Wroclaw, Poland. It played a significant role in the history of Poland during World War 2. It is a renovation project designed in such a way that it has a flexibility to be transformed into residential setup or office space. Interior spaces are flexible and has minimum block work to reduce construction works. Various design elements are modular in design or typical in nature..

Meitra Hospital

The 200 beded Hospital is built on a site of 35000 sqm in Calicut, India and has 6 levels (G+5). The scope of the project was to Access problems throughout the project and propose value engineering proposal as the design was already drafted by previous firm. Drafting room by room layouts, proposing anti-bacterial material finishes, proposing landscape design for the site was some of the project scope.

Shipping Container

The project is a housing and office space made of shipping containers. The elements used throughout the project were flexible in their installation which includes click system and z clip for paneling. Minimum block work is used to reduce construction.

Infra One Park

A state of the art facility, it is designed as a fully integrated one stop destination for off site manufacturing with five dedicated units – Precast & Concrete, Prefabricated Bathrooms & Modular MEP, Joinery & Fit-out, Aluminum Glazing and Stone Processing. This park will be the only facility in the world which can design, engineer and manufacture every element of a building – from wall panels, hollow core slabs, Modular MEP to bathrooms, facades to windows & doors and even furniture and upholstery.

EMAAR Housing

EMAAR Mira Oasis town house Dubai(UAE) comprises over 400 townhouses in spacious 3 and 4 bedroom layouts.

The project included detailed architecture and interior design, drawing analysis and compiling a possible solution to mentioned issues.

QA QC Lab

A quality assessment and quality control centre for Krishnagiri industrial park Tamil Nadu. An interior project for industrial park which was designed keeping in mind the industrial outlook and materials. The project included preparation of design drawings along with site execution.

Cinepolis is a Mexican chain of movie theaters. Firm was the interior design consultant of the project. The scope of the project included preparation of detailed working drawings for all the 8 auditoriums in the cineplex and the lobby area of the project along with MEP coordination.

An Educational institute with an area of 1.25 Acre with a total number of 48 rooms.The design was articulated with the single built feature-cuboids inclusing the entire world of student body schools within a school. The scope of project includes conceptual design, schematic drawings,working drawings and site execution.

A three floored Educational institute with an area of 7,762 Sq. Mtr,. The design was based on reinforced concrete and a cavity brick wall, articulated with the single built feature-cuboids including the entire world of student body schools within a school. The scope of project includes conceptual design, schematic drawings,working drawings and site execution.

The interior was based on white austerity of the orange and red accents with a world view. The scope of the project included designing and detailed joinery drawings along with MEP coordination.

This was a renovation project. An old NGO building was renovated to build a primary school. The scope of project included design presentation and schematic drawings.
