Professional Qualification: Ph.D. Electronics - Solar panel imaging from Noida International University. Master of Technology (Electronics and communication) from IGIT, GGSIPU, Delhi. Bachelor of Technology (Instrumentation) from ABESEC, Ghaziabad.
· Manage existing clients and establishing new contacts with potential customers and dealing with EPC Companies / buyers.
· Develop new customers and markets within the assigned territory.
· Enterprise all sales, RFQ's and customer follow-up activities with inside sales.
· Provide technical support by phone and on-site.
· Conduct product training seminars.
· Interacting with end users and providing proper product description.
· Submit weekly and monthly plans and reports.
· Preparation of Vendor data base, updating, developing new vendors, periodic review of Vendor Performance and Maintenance of the same.
· Upon receipt of MR from Projects department, Review the Specifications of Project Materials, Initiate RFQ (Request for Quotation) and receipt of techno commercial offers.
· Familiar with international vendors for piping Material, process equipment, electrical and instrumentation Equipments etc.
· Evaluate the technical offers and short list before sending to engineering Department for preparing final Technical Bids.
· Coordinate with Projects/Engineering for Evaluation of Technical offer.
· Negotiation of delivery, commercial terms and conditions.
· Preparation of Purchase Orders (both Project POs & Non-project POs.)
· Supporting Expeditor for timely receipt of post order documents from Vendor, Coordination with vendors & project/ Quality personnel for getting approval of documents from customer to proceed with manufacturing.
· Arrange Payment as agreed by coordinating with Accounts
· Close Out of all Project and non-Project Purchase Orders.
· Maintain and promote safe work practices, safe environments.
· Perform receiving inspection as per incoming inspection plan
· Carry out final Inspection against work order, spec sheets by using final inspection checklist
· Create Final certification of finished products against customer \ requirements and ensure finished product in compliance with Customer requirements
· Raise non-conformance and follow up for corrective action and close out.
· Review Root Cause & Corrective actions to ensure effectiveness of actions

· Develops client relationships and acts as the main point of contact for the client.
· Evaluates, selects, contracts with and manages all required suppliers and subcontractors.

· Maintains detailed records of all dates, drawings, documents and correspondence (both written and verbal) related to projects.
· Monitors and controls the distribution of all project documents and records.

· Participate in project Lesson Learned efforts to ensure project learning communicated across all projects/operations

· Coordinates the document controls for technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the Project Team and ensures the QA/QC validation has been done.
· Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
· Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings, OPER & MAINTAINCE manual.
· Oversee all site problems with regards to QA/QC
· Represent the company to third parties for presenting QA/QC issues resolution.
· Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
· Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
· Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
· Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
· Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
· Manage to lift all equipment, handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule.
· Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
· Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.
· Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
