• Using creative sourcing strategies and channels including external network, job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.
• Using standardized sourcing techniques, screening resumes based on qualifications, technology, skillset, and experience of candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
