1. Study BOQ and Package Drawings,

2. Visit the site to check the joinery location & Site Condition.

3. Coordinating with the estimation department.

4. Prepare the Shop Drawing Register Log.

5. Follow up with the site engineer for site measurements.

6. Distribute the Work to the Draftsman and clear the details for the technical shop drawings.

7. Before the shop drawing submission, check the drawings, prepared by other draftsman.

8. Submit the shop drawings for client or Designer approval.

9. Follow up on the submitted shop drawings for approval or comments.

10. After approval of shop drawings, release them to the Cutting List department.

11. Once Cutting list released for production, coordinating with foreman for technical things or solution.

1. Preparing Production Drawings for fabrication purposes. (Joinery & Metal Division).

2. Prepare Laser Machine CAD file for any Laser Cutting Material.

3. Request For Material, Metal Division.

4. Preparing part drawings and sending for sub-cont. for V groove bending, laser cutting, Normal Bending & Water Jet Cutting.

4. Coordinating With Site Team, for the site measurements.

5. Coordinating with Project Team, to Get Approval on Submitted prototype samples or material samples.

6. Coordinating with Foreman and Giving Details or required information.

1. In charge of the 2 CNC Machines Work.

2. Preparing CNC Programs.

3. Prepare the Production Drawings.

4. Prepare the Cutting List for the Kitchen, Wardrobe, Vanity & Timber Door.

5. Preparing Joinery Shop Drawings, Kitchen, Vanity, Wardrobe & Timber Door.

1. Operating CNC Machine.

2. Preparing CNC Program in AutoCAD.

3. Preparing Shop drawings for Workstations, Wardrobe, Knock Down Furniture.

4. Preparing Cutting List & Production Drawings.
