  • Dealing with all of the recruitment needs and employment issues of the company. Ensuring the timely recruitment of new employees into the business from the initial job offer being made through to their induction into the company including offer letters etc.

• Manage, store, and track all employee personal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for physical tracking Visa Expiry, Labor Card Expiry, and Passport Expiry of all employees.

• Responsible for Visa and Labor Card Apply New Joiner and Renewal of all Employees.

• To conduct physical audits of employee files at periodic timings to ensure that labor cards, residence visas, and passports of company employees, are up to date in the system.

• To check that Personal files are in their respective assigned cabinets, Organizing and making sure the files of the employee

On-leave resigned, and terminated are segregated from the files of the active employees,

• Labor contract received from head office, update the tracker after sending to accommodation, and take the thumbprint along with the signature after updating the personal files, send to the head office and update the tracker.

• Original Passport Send to the Head Office and keep the records in registers.

• Leave settlement and final settlement submitted to account departments and leave settlement along with ticket scan in a personal file, Also final settlement takes the signature of ex-employees and scans in the Personal file.

• The cancellation application form takes the signature of employees and sends it to the Head Office, visa cancellation documents arereceived from Head- Office. In addition, the final exit ticket along with the cancellation document is scanned into the personal files. Final exit ticket and original passport along with cancellation documents handed over to HR-Messenger for the exit process.

• An employee coming after vacation takes the original passport and sends it to the Head office.

• Original EID, Insurance Card, ATM Card, and warning letter sent to a labor camp and kept in the scanned copy parasol file, and receiving copy follow up Camps in-charge and update tracker.

• Coordinate with employees about the leave settlement amount and leave approval, Resignation approval, etc.

• Update the salary message number in the HRMS.

• Labor card and labor contract visa renewal visa stamping document scan in the personal files and entry in the logbook after send to head office.

• Original Passport handover to employees and keeping records in the register.

• New joiner's file scan in the system and uploaded the Oracle staff and worker files.
