Sunil has managed multiple complex engagements to attain intended outcomes and has worked to provide C-level advisory work by utilizing his strong technical and consulting background. Sunil's responsibilities at Deloitte include overseeing cloud pipeline for Middle East and actively delivering pre-sales activities. Sunil also leads AWS practice at Deloitte Middle East. He works on E2E projects that range from cloud strategy, design & build to managed services. He has extensive experience using AWS alliance partnership to interact with customers and advance their GTM strategy. Sunil has worked with nearly all of leading Public Sector and FSI clients of Deloitte.

Relevant Experience:

Saudi Digital Bank, KSA – Digital Bank: Sunil was part of core team which led pre-sales and solution for bank. Sunil was also responsible to lead this large transformation for cloud implementation and setup. This included designing and setting up digital twin for platform on a secured cloud landing zone. This was supported by a team of ten cloud engineers for delivering platform on Oracle Cloud.

Bank Of Muscat, Oman – Digital Channel Design: Sunil was part of core team which led pre-sales and solution for bank. Along with leading cloud and security workstreams, Sunil was also responsible of designing target platform and conducting an evaluation of third-party technological solutions. A thorough evaluation report on possible hosting options in Oman was submitted as part of scope.

Al Rajhi Bank – Cloud Strategy & Operating Model: Sunil has led cloud pre-sales work to construct and align cloud transformation initiatives for bank in line with their multi-cloud strategy. As part of pre-sales engagement was to gather client's requirements for demos, SOWs and estimates. Sunil also led team of 5 people to deliver scope for developing and implementing Cloud operating model for bank.

SAMA, KSA – Makken Program Lead: SAMA's "fintech grant program" was introduced as part of Saudi 2030 vision to help fintech companies expedite release of their products. Sunil has led pre-sales efforts to build a tailored cloud managed service that includes cloud infrastructure managed services and SOC for fintechs based in Saudi Arabia that have been approved by SAMA under Makken program.

Saudi Awal Bank, KSA – Cloud Strategy: Sunil was part of core team which led pre-sales and solution for bank. Sunil led the delivery of a comprehensive Cloud strategy engagement for SAB covering baseline, strategy, architecture, security, privacy model, migration planning, operating model, business case, and implementation roadmap for the defined set of initiatives.

NEOM Tonomous, KSA – Cloud Managed Service: Sunil has led pre-sales and solution for NEOM. Sunil is leading delivery of comprehensive Cloud managed services for multiple sectors of NEOM which is centrally governed and managed by NEOM Tonomous.

Cloud GTM (Internal): Sunil leads cloud GTM strategy unit of Deloitte Middle East, as part of this role, Sunil focus area is to identify cloud demand from market and ensure cloud strategy aligns with demand from market, Sunil also works with cross-functional teams to identify emerging and innovative cloud solutions and services and embed them in GTM strategy. Sunil is leveraging his deep cloud technical expertise to oversee and deliver large scale transformation bids with collaboration from cross-functional teams. Sunil is also responsible for managing entire cloud pipeline for Deloitte Middle East, and supporting leadership in converting large scale bids for key accounts

During tenure with Accenture ME, Sunil was part technology portfolio and responsible for delivering cloud transformation projects on hyperscale like Azure and Oracle for clients in Middle east and Globally.

Relevant Experience:

Landmark Group – Multi-Cloud Migration: Sunil has led infrastructure and security workstreams for delivering cloud migration engagement at Landmark. Scope involved designing and setting up of landing zone with embedded native and third-part security controls for Azure and OCI. Additionally team was responsible to provision IaaS and PaaS services with auto-scaling and high availability and disaster recovery enabled.

STC, KSA – Business Continuity enablement: Sunil has Led Network and Security solution for Core Business Continuity Applications which were identified for DR. This Included configuration of vendor solutions like F5, Palo Alto, Cisco ACI etc. and respective BOQ for project. Responsibilities also included preparing project's high and low level designs, updating client on project progress at monthly steering committee meetings, and assisting team during implementation to ensure alignment with low level design and solution.

EQUATE, Kuwait – Lead Network & Security Architect: Sunil has led end to end project planning, design, migration and testing of three data center ( Dubai, Canada) for this client. This engagement was a multi-site Data Center security migration service from legacy to generation platforms. This involved systematic traffic shifting between data centers to achieve a seamless service migration.

Etisalat, UAE: Sunil has led network and security design and build for Etisalat's "One Cloud". This includes implementing technologies from Cisco, F5, FortiGate and Palo Alto.

During tenure with Accenture India, Sunil was part infrastructure portfolio and responsible for delivering data center transformation and migration engagements Globally.

Relevant Experience:

Holcim, Singapore – DC Consolidation: For DC consolidation engagement at Holcim, Sunil led infrastructure and security workstreams. Project's scope included planning and establishing two greenfield datacenters with NTT facilities in Singapore. Configure network and infrastructure, and run a failback and failover exercise. Assist application migration team from six APAC countries during migration phase by turning over environment to operations team.

Allianz, Italy – Network Transformation Lead: Sunil has led network transformation for Allianz-Italy as part of company's global network and datacenter transformation program. Allianz Italy's headquarters and remote offices required a new MPLS network to be designed and set up. Services had to be migrated and tested over new network.

Staples, USA – Network Transformation Lead: Sunil has led network transformation for Staples for its 200 plus stores across USA. This required a new MPLS network to be designed and set up. Services had to be migrated and tested over new network.

Led delivery of over 100+ network transformation projects for Alcatel and British Telecommunication including assessments, designs, optimization, migration, roadmap formulation, selection and implementation management

Provided L2 and L3 network incident support for British Telecommunication broadband network.
