Key Achievements

· Prepared DR Plan for eDhiram and Arab Monetary Fund (Buna) account and successfully executed the scheduled DR as per the defined scope. Achieve results with zero data loss, successful switchover, and switch back per the defined SLA.

· Led E2E UAT acceptance with scope for functional and non-functional testing in the eDhiram transformation project and managed multiple internal and external stakeholders.

· Successfully delivered the DC POD migration Project covering ISP connectivity, network, compute, backup, and storage device movement and completed application testing post-migration.

· Prepared the techno-commercial proposal of $ 10Mn as part of the IT Assessment for leading bank in UAE for Hardware Refresh and On-Premises to Cloud Migration

· Prepared the techno-commercial proposal of $ 5Mn for the opportunity to migrate workload in the Public Cloud in UAE as a pre-sales solution architect

· Performed IT Consultancy for leading Insurance Co. of Egypt in IT Service Management and Business Continuity and DR Planning

· Prepared AWS reference architecture and estimate for covering EC2 Instance, VPC, VPN Gateway, Backup, System management, S3 buckets Selection, Cloud watch and cloud trail for National Bank of Bahrain related to Finastra Fusion Risk (ALM) Application.
