- In conjunction with the supervision consultant, ensure an inspection & test plans and works method statement have been correctly prepared, approved, and complied
- Conduct periodic inspection and update the PMC team and client regarding compliance with project requirements
- Review contractor schedules in relation to procurement, installation and testing and commissioning and identifying any potential delays in progress concerns
- Ensure As-built and O&M Manuals requirements and completed in accordance with the owners and operators requirements
- Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that quality standards are being met
- Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, submittal and project procedures
- Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the projects including costs and potential changes
- Review the work progress on daily basis with respective engineers and supervisors
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Keeping an eye on developing design briefs for mechanical services for initial concept & preliminary design stages
- Managing project activities and handling the complete cycle of the project management through planning, tracking project progress, and taking necessary measures
- Interacting with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants on determining technical specifications, approvals for operations
- Conceptualizing and planning the projects as per resource allocations and design objectives
- Monitoring the material ordering and following up the same to meet the project program
- Assuring material & manpower resources, taking part in construction meeting with site staff to review, control and monitor all MEP activities
