• Oversee the CRM system to optimize client management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Create IB Agreements based on different offers requested by clients.

2) Payment Operations & Financial Oversight.

• Manage payment operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus allocations.
• Work closely with internal departments and payment service providers (PSPs) to resolve transaction issues.
• Ensure smooth PSPs integrations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate Operational report agent wise for weekly and monthly.
• Independently manage deposits and credit transactions 24X7.
• Independently manage all mode of payments like USDT, PSPs, Cash.

3) Compliance & Regulatory Oversight.

• Oversee KYC/AML verification processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits of CRM records, trade logs, and phone call recordings.
• Ensure partner activities align with compliance and performance expectations.
• Update policies and procedures to maintain a high level of regulatory and operational compliance.
• Continue communicating with the MT5 Admin team to resolve client issues and act as a liaison between MT5 Admin Desk and the sales agents.

4) Process Optimization & Cross-Functional
Collaboration

• Continuously review and refine internal processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
