  • Analyze schedule trends and produce regular forecasts of schedule performance and issues for project review.
  • Preparation of Execution Plan, Formats & other relevant documents as required for project execution and work process improvement throughout structure.
  • Developing and updating level 2-4 schedule of the project and identifying the critical path and activities.
  • Calculating Cost Performance based on earned value analysis.

Control, Monitoring, Forecasting and Interface Activities

  • Controlling and recording the distribution of information to and from the company, between the company and the client and ensuring proper document control through Document Controller.
  • Coordination with Sub-contractors and within Company for timely completion of delegated jobs.
  • Leading monthly project review meetings (PRM’s) and internal short term work plan (STWP) meetings.
  • Tracking resource utilization vs. allocation and derive staffing requirement based on schedule demand.
  • Involved in the IPR (Independent Project Review) workshop at Concept and FEED stage for evaluation of the project documentation, plan, schedule, and scope for the next stage of the project.

Budgeting, Cashflow and Margin Analysis
  • Developing, Monitoring and Controlling Budget Sheet for the project, reflecting current and forecast gross margin.
  • Preparation, Issuance and tracking of client and vendor Invoice and preparing and maintaining internal cash flows.
  • Management of the departmental budget overall, in close collaboration with the Directors.
  • Ongoing tracking and reporting across all teams and budget-consuming initiatives to have a single view of the project budget, including Actuals, Commitments and Forecast, reporting against the latest approved baseline budget.
  • Identify deviation and trends, advise on risks and resolution of issues.
Project Risk Management
  • Ongoing management and monitoring of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) and lessons learned logs for the allocated project via regular engagement through risk workshop and risk register.
  • Lead regular schedule review meetings with the project team including schedule development and schedule risk workshops as required.
  • Management and reporting across the risk plan, ensuring a single view of all project risks, as well as the associated plans with owners and actions. Use the customer / employers risk management definition, processes, and tools.
Change Management
  • Identifying internal schedule and cost trends and raising the change notice to client.
  • Process project finances at project and Work/Change Order Level, analyze variances against forecast v/s actuals and ensure financial cashflow is maintained.
  • Manage Work/Change Order processes, including ensuring accurate estimates of the required costs, timescales, deliverables, and assumptions are produced.
  • Well conversant with the principals of change management. Instrumental in high success rate based on continuous persuasion, having right information in presentable and clear manner to convey the change methodology and reasoning for effective realization of the approval from client.
Development
  • Involved in development of in-house attendance monitoring, data archiving and project performance monitoring tool “Gold Mine”. The program facilitated the transmission of project information to clients in orderly manner. Also, auto generation of document records, incoming and outgoing statistics, and workload calculation.
  • Involved in customization of Budget and Cost Module in Wrench Platform to suit internal requirements. The Module also included functionalities such as project performance management, gross margin calculator, project, and organizational dashboard.
  • Involved in development of ATI widget with in-house product team for easy access of information of employees at single click.
