- Responsible for inprocess & Quality inspector in Machine plant.
- To analyses rejection data & rework on daily basis.

- Knowledge of bolt maker, Nut forging, Nut tapping, Header, flat rolling and circular rolling.
- Knowledge of optical shorting machine & Eddy current machine.
- Setup approval for new development parts Cnc VMC. Bolt maker. Nut forging.
- Responsible for conduct lay-out inspection as per plan
- Monitoring visual inspection & documentation.
- Knowledge of measuring instrument like Profile projector, Height gauge, Air gauge, Thread plug gauge, Thread ring gauge, Wear check plug gauge, Wear check ring gauge, Dial gauge, Snap gauge, Vernier caliper, & Micrometer VMM Roughness tester.
- To maintain Zone wise 5S on the work floor area.
- Knowledge of PDI and all defects also knowledge of plating defects.
- Pdi manpower handling as per plan incoming vs segregation record maintain in exel or SAP.SOFGEN.
