• Ensuring Continued Airworthiness of the Airline Fleet.
• Review and evaluate Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Component Service Bulletins, and other regulatory and OEM publications and issue relevant Engineering Documents for implementation in a safe, airworthy and timely manner within the allocated schedule and budget allowance.
• Organize, develop and provide all necessary Engineering Documentation required to implement modifications/troubleshooting/configuration control/ARC of the airplane.
• Evaluate and implement Avionics, IFE & Connectivity retrofit programs in liaison with OEM, Planning, Supply chain, and Production.
• Technical Support to the Maintenance /Operations/MCC for snag rectification and AOG recovery.
• Improve Fleet Technical Dispatch Reliability by monitoring trend analysis of technical delays, recurrent system snags, pilot reports, and performing root cause analysis for rectification.
• Manage technical aspects for new airplane induction to the fleet and re-delivery/ transfer of airplanes.
• Provide technical assistance for Air Safety investigations and Warranty claims.
• Manage and control the Airplane Systems and Airplane Software’s Configuration for the respective fleet of Airplanes.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff on all aspects of IFEC installation and maintenance activities.
