Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct test according to quality control specification and guideline for production sample on timely manner.
• Ensuring standard that input color computer is correct and keep master standard in good condition.
• Ensuring process batch testing is done properly and result with in specification.
• To keep the batch card in place and keep the files as standard years that mention in procedure.
• Perform internal calibration for certain equipment’s.
• Support the rework project plan prepared by the technical manager for SLOB and rejects.
• Reports on progress on a continuous base.
• Co-ordinate with production to solve problems on production.
• Carry out immediate corrective action on any non-conformities on product quality during process of manufacturing.
• Support sales and Marketing by providing technical back-up.
• Support all activities of safety and health.
• Check expired panels & powder samples and discard when necessary from the sample room on time by following the retention period guidelines tomaintain5S.
• Maintain efficient housekeeping practices in QC lab/Spray room/Sample Room by implementing 5S Procedures to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation workflow.
• Handling extruder & mill operation.
• Maintained quality documentation and records for conformance with relevant standards
• Established quality-control testing models, procedures and specifications to uplift standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 3 Color Matching target is achieved every day.
• Good knowledge of Quality Control and also making sure each and every product produced is QC checked properly to avoid any complaints from the customers.
• Preparing panels upon request of the Sales team.
• Correcting the premix in the production line for the newly developed products.
• Changing the formulation as per the corrections in the previous batch.
• Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staff.
• Making sure all safety rules and procedures are followed by each and every employee of the company
• Managing quality of all products to Customer/Internal standards.
• Maintaining and updating records of internal &external standards.
• Ensuring Quality Control at the first stage to reduce down the line rejection.
• Performing necessary adjustments to produce final product within given specifications.
• Implementing new quality tools to keep a track of consistency in batches.
• Keeping track of internal/external rejections to avoid recurrence.
• Understanding Customer lines and tuning products to suit best to the individual customers.
• Fulfilling company’s ISO & HSE standards Reworking of slob materials in coordination with technical team.
• Preparing & Circulating Internal monthly report Testing, preparing test reports for the customer supplied powders or powder coated samples.
• Handled all troubleshooting tasks on malfunctioning lab equipment working with manufacturers to resolve problems
