  • Responsible for all bunkering activities, supply of petroleum products to vessels within the region (Middle East/Red Sea).

  • My responsibilities extend to coordinating with all departments involved in husbandry vessel calls, such as the Customer Services Centre and boarding executives, as well as the crew and spares desk.
  • Handling crew changes including seaman visa arrangements / coordinating airport transfers, hotel bookings, road transport from / to ship, independently liaising with Vessel Master and verification of crew documents / verification.
  • Preparing Visa ie. 96 hrs visa, Mission visa, medical visa application.
  • I also liaise with concerned parties, vessel owners, and charterers to address any issues or discrepancies that could affect the accuracy, timeliness, or safety of husbandry and cargo operations.
  • My responsibilities involve daily communication and close collaboration with port authorities, stakeholders, and principals.
  • Specializing in the operations and planning of vessels of all cargo types, as well as bunker calls for Fujairah and Khorfakkan, my role includes managing tankers at FOTT, ADCO SPM, and STS operations, as well as VOPAK (VHFL).
  • I negotiate pricing on PDA's with principals and strive to achieve client satisfaction. Additionally, I ensure accurate inquiries, PDA's, and closed estimates are provided to principals by quality-checking the entire operations process. I also analyze market trends and provide market insights to principals and bunker suppliers.
  • I also oversee lay-bys, liner loading and discharging at Khorfakkan, bunker barges, and all other husbandry requirements.
  • In terms of documentation, I verify cargo documents and assist with bill of lading transfers from the terminal to the vessel, ensuring everything is in order.
