Job Description

• Responsible for all incoming orders to create sales order in oracle application based on the input received through support central with 100% accuracy
• Converting all the PO to SO for GE oil and Gas
• Planning and scheduling the materials as per customer requirement, considering the lead time. Following with the warehouse team to ensure the availability.
• Minimize impact on the inventory by evaluating and reducing short cycle order.
• Cost control report for individual order are generated using Business Intelligence application to estimate profit.
• Contacting forecasting team to find the unique ship date for slot booking capital parts.
• Managing Shared Mailbox and ensure to full fill the customer requirement on timely base

Key Accomplishment:

• Team handling and working closely with quality team.
• First point of contact to customer for any issue or escalations regarding the process.
• Creating Dashboard on weekly basis.
• Preparing learning path, training new resource and conducting assessment.
• Monitoring TAT and accuracy of the team and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) according to the revised information.
• Auditing work to avoid escalations from the customers and maintain the check list
• Had an accuracy level of 99.98% with zero escalations from customer
