• Responsible to procurement administration of commercial procurement actions; reviewing, preparing, and approving
  RFPs, conducting bid abstracts, conducting negotiations, preparing purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Develops and implements procurement discipline or Project
  policies and procedures.
• Represents the Procurement Department in client meetings.
• Keeps abreast of all pending and current legislation affecting Procurement functions.
• Research current information and remain knowledgeable regarding markets and suppliers worldwide.

Project Details- (Khurais, Jazan PKG 1 & 2, SGCP, PETRORABIGH)

Client - Saudi Aramco

● Execute assigned PR’s in SAP.

● Prepare bidder list for the approval & make sure all the vendors are qualified for the assigned commodities in PR before issuing RFQ in SAP.

● After technical approval, prepare Commercial Bid summary & price consistency in case of sole vendor.

● Issue Purchase order in SAP after approved by management.

● Coordinate with Post Order Management for the material deliveries.

● Close the PR’s in SAP as per company procedures.

· Lead sourcing initiatives and develop, execute and manage sourcing strategies with local and Global suppliers.

· Working closely with Global Team: Americas, Europe, and Middle East & Asia.

· Issued RFQ’s to the Aramco approved Manufacturers/ Vendors as per the Material Requisition (MR) & 9COM number’s RVL

· Handling of Static / Fire Equipment’s, Piping and Bulk.

1. BAHX-Brazed Aluminium Heat Exchanger.

2. Pressure Vessel/Shell-N-Tube Heat Exchanger.

3. Skid/Modules/Column/Deaerator Package/Steam Turbine Generator/Reformer
Casing/Inlet and Outlet system/Manual valve/ Pipe and fittings/Filters/Cone Roof Tanks/ Vaporizer & Condenser/ Purification Vessels/ Water Chiller Towers/Heaters/ Adsorbents/ Insulation Materials/Chemical Dosing Package/ Condensate Polishing Package/ Fired Water Pumps/Air Compressor Package/Nitrogen Package/ Air Dryer Package.

· Lead sourcing initiatives and develop, execute and manage sourcing strategies.

· Solving critical issues related to procurement.

· Follow up with vendors for NMR-601 & 602 submissions on time & coordinates with Engineering to get approvals of NMR-601 & 602 on time.

· Coordinates with TPI for the inspection activities and make sure that all inspection activities will be performed on time.

· Attends weekly Project Procurement progress meeting with SAPMT.

Client - Saudi Aramco

· Execute the procurement activities, ensuring that all work within a specific area of purchasing activity is carries out in an efficient and procedurally complaint manner.

· Participating the client-SAPMT meetings to discuss & update the overall status of project procurement.

· Assist to project control team by updating the procurement status & cash flow preparation.

· Works closely with C & F agents, logistics service providers, vendors and manufacturers to speed up the fabrication process, Monitor the inspections and ensure they are carried out for Hold points, ensure the shipment in proper manner per PO agreed terms.

· Field Expediting Visit at vendor premises & Produce Expediting report which contains the progress status, outstanding issues, Area of concerns and remedies.

· Conducting Kick off Meetings with vendors & Project team to resolve existing issues of post award related.

· Co-ordinate with Inspection Dept. for IAP preparation, PIM & Inspection arrangements [FAT & IRC].

· Initiate & further follow up for Documents [NMR] submission from suppliers, Follow up with Engineering / Client for approval.

· Final Documentation & Close out of POs – with confirmation of Completion of delivery.
