My Roles and Responsibilities as Spa Attendant:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival.

• Assisting spa reception, check-in guests, offering welcome drink, answering questions, and promote services/products.

• Providing spa orientation to guests, introducing facilities such as steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi and other facilities & policies.

• Keeping all areas tidy, updated, and fully stocked.

• Ensuring timely replenishment of spa amenities following guest use.

• Need to report lost items, accidents, or maintenance issues.

• To prepare guests for treatments on time.

• Need to perform deep cleaning when required.

• Maintaining safety, professionalism, and friendly service at all times.

• Assisting with sales (spa / gym products, drinks, supplements, accessories).

My Roles and Responsibilities as Gym Attendant:

• To welcome guests and provide a professional, friendly service.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of gym equipment and facilities.

• Providing towels, water, and basic assistance during workouts.

• To ensure guest safety and enforce gym rules and policies.

• Explaining equipment use and facility guidelines to guests.

• Monitoring and restocking supplies and amenities.

• Reporting maintenance issues and support daily operations.

My Roles and Responsibilities as Pool & Beach Attendant:

• Providing a professional and courteous welcome to guests upon arrival.

• Cleaning and maintaining pool, beach and surrounding areas before / after use.

• Setting up seating, umbrellas, and restock towels and amenities.

• Providing towels, water, and assist guests with their needs.

• Ensuring guests follow safety rules and verify room numbers.

• Supporting lifeguards, F&B team, and supervisors in daily operations.
