Lead assigned team with approved project specifications, contracts and approved drawings of construction projects in-progress and successful completion in conjuring with local authority regulations.
Negotiate changes to scope of work with stakeholder.
Review, approve and inspect quality and conformance to specifications on materials used.
Manage and direct project delivery team to undertake day to day inspections of works.
Assessment of project plans and suggest required changes for on-time project completion.
Record all project execution for daily and monthly variances and review & approve contractor's payment invoices as per contract.
Perform field quality control observations and assessments.
Plan, directs and supervise and controls execution of all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of project and site team.
Suggest and support all process improvement initiatives..
Supervising managing and coordinating daily site day to day activities.
Conducting weekly progress meeting, preparation of MOM
Escalates back-lag to stakeholders and guide properly to avoid delays in completion.
