• Preparing design/specification/scope of work, RFQ, Tender evaluation statement, etc
• Reviewing the drawing & design for the new projects & proposes changes as required along with appropriate comments & justification
• Carrying out acceptance inspection work related to the preliminary and final handing over of various civil projects
• Attend and direct all meetings & prepares MOM for the same
• Carrying out site inspection frequently in order to verify the quality of the construction, check the work practices as well to assess and follow up on the quality of supervision provided by the consultant
• Inspect and ensure the upkeep of the area is always maintained
• Visit/inspects site daily & reports discrepancies, if any
• Inspect the site daily and raise service request for any issues that require immediate action
• Follow up on civil works and asset preventive maintenance schedule, reactive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Prepares scope of work for the corrective maintenance and new requirement
• Evaluating quotations received from different suppliers & selecting the suitable supplier
• Reviewing & approving Material submittal, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Project implementation plan etc
• For the projects awarded to the contractor
• Follow up on a snag list/taking over snag list
• Investigate special complaints
• Maintain records of maintenance and prepares report to the management as required
• Prepares conditional survey report on assets as and when required by the management and ensures to provide action plan for rectification
• Priorities and plans tasks well and complete tasks within set deadlines
• Coordinates with other departments when and as needed
• Coordinates with contractors for the awarded job
• Preparing work program, reports, material estimation for all in-house activities
• Works on Maximo for capturing material and man-hour for all in-house activities.

• Infrastructure assessment of various Etisalat Building
• Various types of waterproofing in different Etisalat building
• Face-lifting & renovation of exchanges & technical sites
• Removal of granite cladding from G+5 building & repainting the same with stone paint
• Removal of Radomes from Etisalat Main building
• Various other renovation projects includes glass replacement, structural/masonry crack repairing, repainting work, tile works etc.
