I was responsible for overseeing site inspections to ensure that project progress adhered to design drawings and standards. I ensured that all activities followed approved method statements and complied with safety protocols and necessary permits before any work commenced. I coordinated with the QC department to submit and track inspection requests, ensuring that they were completed promptly. I also ensured that all work met high-quality standards before consultant inspections. Additionally, I prepared weekly and monthly reports on project progress, schedules, and timelines. I ensured the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment and managed material requests to support uninterrupted site execution.
