· Lead the development of the strategic vision and plan for innovation that enhances the identity and commitments and aligns with priorities.

· Lead the business planning cycle to find and seize market, sector, and economic possibilities.

· Analyze the market and conduct market research to produce comprehensive business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion and business development)

· Lead the cross-functional projects support for strategic initiatives, alliances, and operational imperatives to provide a coordinated plans that maximizes returns across strategic objectives.

· Manage the building of relationships with all potential clients.

· Lead the development and implementation of the business development strategy and the achievement of business development financial as well as non-financial targets.

· Governs Program Management Office to guarantee efficient risk management, project controls, and document control processes.

· Ensure maximizing all long- and short-term projects, initiatives, and activities performance based on balance scorecard.

· Manage policies, procedures, and plans in place to encourage affiliations with nonprofit and volunteer groups on a national and international level.

· Manage the building of relationships with all potential clients both international and local via online or offline means.

· Provide leadership to all the major administrative / support service units including Finance, HR, Facilities, Procurement, Marketing and Stakeholder Effectiveness and Budgeting.

· Prepare and recommend the development of budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.

· Maintain smooth operations of ENEC Enterprise through effective and efficient Implementation of ERM framework based on COSO.

· Support Chief Operating Officer with daily operational functions and manage the financial agreements.

· Manage and Facilitate the Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) as the committee Secretary where 15 Chief Officers meet and take risk informed decisions.

· Keep all senior leadership and directors updated and aware of their top divisional risks (risk profile) and work with them in preparing effective mitigations plan (actions & controls).

· Develop the ERM culture to support the implementation and effective operation of ERM.

· Liaise with ENEC's shareholders to ensure that there is appropriate linkage between corporate and operating organization risks and an integrated approach to management and board reporting.

· Performed a full plant reload design analysis (LOCA & Non-LOCA) for the reload cores by the use of FANR approved methodologies in South Korea (ENEC's Shareholder).

· Developed the nuclear reload design procedures and calculation notes for safety analysis (LOCA & Non-LOCA). (3 years at South Korea)

· Assigned as Project Manager for ENEC Quality Assurance Program based on high level of standards (NQA-1-1994 with addenda 1995) with corresponding procedures.

· Resolve all regulation (FANR) findings and establish working group for effective and efficient implementation.

· Arrange the monthly maintenance plans (Preventive & Corrective) with TRANSCO to ensure well Power and Water deliveries.

· On site engineer with full crew to rectify water/power connections.

· Full risk management plan (RMP) for ADWEA – ADDC based on supply vs. demand of water and electricity in Abu Dhabi.

· Project Manager of full Six-Sigma project about Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) which has been named Water Losses Six Sigma “DMAIC”. This project had real measurements and full analysis regarding the quality and improving ADWEA strategy as well.
