Duties and responsibilities:

• Review MEP Contracts documents and assist in preparing contracts.
• Preparing Authorities Documents for submission in coordination with Client and Subcontractors and carrying out all related authorities inspection.

• Review and prepare project closing out documents in coordination with subcontractor, client and consultant.

• Assist QS and planning department for update MEP Progress report.
• Ensuring that services provisions clearances is provided in time for structure
• Providing technical advices for construction team.
• Checking MEP service installation.
• Carry out Site walks and inspection for MEP service installation and identifying poor quality elements and advise MEP contractor and construction team.
• Carry out inspection for MEP contractor material along with consultant and QA/QC.
• Ensure that MEP Site Instruction SOR and NCR are closed out.
• Checking MEP concealed services prior closure of void and shafts in conjunction with QA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off.
• Checking and verifying MEP Progress payment in accordance with project contract and work progress.
• Ensure that company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department.
