• Oversaw financial tracking and budget management by recording daily scopes of work, durations, and quantities aligned with WBS codes and skeleton cycle to generate weekly labor cost reports, maintaining the project budget within 2% of projections.

• Supervised internal asphalt road and pavement works and carried out all related tests.
• Prepared and studied project specifications, plans, scopes, schedules of payments and other documents.
• Reviewed contractor contracts, estimated quantities, and sets of drawings to identify missing information, generate questions, and align budgets.
