• Worked frequently with Sales Team for Site Evaluation & Supporting on the Sales Estimation and Solution Design for Proposal Submission.
• Working with my line manager for meeting Monthly and Yearly Annual operational Business Target Numbers.
• Visiting customer locations to assess equipment functioning and recommending to move on latest Technology on Software Solution Based in Newer platform like ( FORGE BMS Digitalized Maintenance , Energy Management , FAS Cloud Based Alarm Notification , Access Control Analytic Monitoring Dashboard Solution)
• Working with Customer for year on Year Annual Maintenance contract renewal with escalation and New Solution Upgrade on latest Technology equipment.
• Handing Small line Job of IBMS( FAS , BMS , PAS , Access Control , CCTV , 3rd Party Integration, VESDA) which less than $2M Project value with Project Management , Engineering and Design submission & approvals from customer & Consultant , Working Closely with Supply Chain team for further Discount from estimated cost and ordering the Materials and ensure to deliver , Billing & Collection of the Payment as per the agreed Project Financial Terms.
• Estimated project costs and identified scope of work and optimal schedules for each job function.
• Engaging the Team on Maintenance Schedule & SLJ Project Planning as per the schedule and completing the Project.
• Organized and directed maintenance shutdowns and Software Upgrade perform on critical Site Environment like (Airports , Industrial Environment )
• Good Knowledge on Engineering , Design Solution , Installation Guidance , Testing & Commission on IBMS System on following like Fire Alarm System , Building Management System , Public Addressing System , Access Control System , CCTV & 3rd Party Integration.

Tracking of Project schedules and priority works as per site requirement
 Planning of weekly work schedules and assigning target dates to sub-contractor for
completion of works on priority basis
 Updating status of daily works at site to Project Manager over Daily reports
 Reviewing on pending materials to be supplied and following up with Project Manager
 Daily stand up meetings with Project Manager and Project Management Consultancy.
 Guiding of sub-contractor to carry out installation works as per approved shop drawings.
 Getting mock up approvals from Project Manager and Project Management Consultant
 Quality Inspection and Execution of Quality Checklist (Installation Checklist, Power on Checklist, Commissioning Checklist).
 Dependency Management for identifying the problem and escalate to client for getting clearance
 Explaining the Clients about the various products & guiding the clients on how to operate the systems.
 Testing and Commissioning of FAS & PAS, EVC and Data Centre Packages.
 Following of Lab based commissioning which will save a lot of time and enables us to complete the work in a very short time without any last minute surprises.
 Joint Testing with Principle Contractors L&T and Project Management Consultant (TCE) and getting certification of commissioning reports.
 Attending the Client meetings & Escalation if required.
 Attending Customer snaglist and taking sign off from them
 Estimation of package wise Unbilled Receivables (UBR)
