• Al Hashem Marble Company, as the name relates, it is all
  about supply and fix marble, and as a site engineer position i
  do the following:
• Site managing and providing suitable procedure and timeline schedule for installing the system on site, and scheduling payments as per agreed contract.
• Coordinating with main-contractors, consultants & other sub-contractors, to solve all technical issues regarding system design, fixation, termination with other material & maintenance.
• Providing shop drawings, cutting lists & placing orders for fabrication and delivering the material on site.
• Procuring of material checking quality, and providing clearance and start up work.
• Site measurements are taken to insure matching system with site condition.
• Supervision and guidance are given upon installing the system.

Material Engineer Position with the following roles:

- Providing Facade systems that are compatible with Dubai Civil Defense Standards & complying with client's requirements in tinder stages, IFC design shop drawings and tinder file specifications.

- Coordinating with site execution team, procurement team & head management to insure high quality material & enhancing client's view.

- Providing Fire Life Safety system meeting FLS standards required in UAE.
- Providing Work program of material, technical & shop drawing submittals as per BOQ, and submitting all system elements supported by test reports along with sample boards to meet the consultant's view & requirements.
- Providing technical support, site meetings & submitting method statements of installation that meets H.S.E. regulations.

- Maintenance of residential apartments.
- Ensures integrity of work in terms of quality and budget.
- Maintain adherence in work and risk identification.

- Preparing Shop Drawings of different Mechanical Systems
( Drainage, plumbing, Firefighting)
- Prepare Hydraulic calculations pressure & waterflow and motor head for pool systems.
- Design ducting ventilation regarding size quantity air flow.

- Registration of houses and lands.
- Fines resolution.
- Providing documentation for customers including maps and informational documents.
