I believe that teachers hold the responsibility of shaping the minds and lives of the youth. I define myself as passionate and affectionate who pushes the students to strive their best. I understand that the attention span is limited and thus to capture my students' attention I make my lessons engaging, interactive, interesting, creative and innovative. I go with the thought that students should be given the freedom to learn the way they desire. I formulate tasks in such a way that students take ownership of their learning, enabling them to hone their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I lay more emphasis on conceptualization.

As a leader I am highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong work ethic and dedication to achieving goals. Skilled at developing and maintaining online documentation systems, managing calendars and preparing reports. I possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. I am compassionate and have the charisma to bring about transformation where ever I go.

• Met with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and suggested ways of intervention.

• Demonstrated progress in NGRT scores, advancing from Form A to B and further from B to C, achieving a commendable percentage increase of 64.0%.
• Developed materials to motivate students to read novels and increase literacy.
• Volunteered as a faculty member representative for Interact club, supervising weekly after-school meetings and organizing community outreach activities.

I am currently enriching my teaching experience in Dubai, UAE, but my heart yearns to return to my homeland as a visionary catalyst for change in education.
