In this role, I was responsible for receiving and distributing daily incoming documents
to relevant departments in a timely and organized manner. I supported operational
efficiency by assisting in the distribution of passenger tickets, in-flight duty-free
vouchers, and meal vouchers to Emirates outstations. I monitored stationery inventory
weekly and submitted replenishment requests to the Admin Officer. I also coordinated
the secure transfer of documents to the warehouse and oversaw the shredding of
obsolete or confidential materials in accordance with company policy.
I have hands-on experience working in EK Interline, EK Departure, and Hall C
operations. My responsibilities included handling the loading and unloading of
passenger luggage, identifying and tagging oversized, fragile, and high priority
baggage, and assisting with baggage claim services by locating and forwarding delayed
or misplaced luggage. I consistently adhered to strict safety and security protocols in
compliance with Emirates/DNATA regulations. The role demanded physical endurance
and reliability, as tasks were performed in various weather conditions. I also managed
and resolved issues related to mishandled, delayed, or lost baggage with
professionalism and efficiency.
