Starting career with Dnata in 2006, I have honed expertise in handling various ground support equipment, including TOW TRACTOR, MDL, LDL, STEPS, MCB, and Cargo Transporter, and have consistently demonstrated my commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to quickly gain proficiency, obtaining multiple operational endorsements within my first year. My experience includes ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, effectively coordinating resources, and delivering seamless turnaround times to maintain high service levels.
I was promoted to oversee Aircraft Appearance Operations, where I specialized in interior cleaning, exterior washing operations, and the management of aircraft washing units. My role required close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that every aircraft was properly cleaned and prepared for departure, guaranteeing the highest standards of aircraft presentation and customer satisfaction.
Currently, I am working as a Senior Assistant Trainer at dnata training , where I lead aircraft appearance-related training, including recurrent training programs for employees. In this role, I design and conduct training sessions that cover all aspects of aircraft appearance operations, from safety protocols to the technical use of equipment and cleaning techniques. I am responsible for ensuring that all team
members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to maintain operational efficiency and uphold the company’s high standards.
